    Hi ahsa,

    Thanks for your question.

    Actually, I answered the similar questions here: https://asktester.com/what-is-difference-between-quality-assurance-engineer-and-tester/

    So you can take a look.

    As a beginner, such terms may confuse you but I’d suggest you do not worry about the terms. People sometimes use the same term to refer to different things and different terms to the same thing.
    Don’t worry about that and you can learn about that later.

    The best job for beginner in testing is ….well tester. 😀

    Try to learn testing knowledge, improve your skill by learning by yourself or registering for an online course and then go find a job.

    Wish you luck and don’t forget to share with me how your journey is going.

    Quality Assurance is a collection of operations in the procedures by which products are created to ensure quality. … QA is a proactive means of identifying process weaknesses.QC is Reactive means that it identifies defects and also corrects defects or bugs. It does not involve the execution of a program or code

    @gosai jahnvi

    Thanks and well said.

    One thing I don’t think I agree with is “QC is Reactive means that it identifies defects and also corrects defects or bugs. It does not involve the execution of a program or code”

    In general, QC is not responsible for correcting the defect but it’s more a responsibility of Development team. Also, when doing QC, most of the the time, we really involve into the execution of program or code.

    Hope I understand you correctly.
    Cheers
