    Hi there,

If you would like to find projects to earn testing experience, you should try out uTest platform. Not sure if you know about uTest or not. Basically, it’s crowdsourced testing model where testers get paid to test a product. You can not only practice testing on real projects but also get paid for bugs you find.

I write a guide here if you wish to give it a try: https://asktester.com/freelance-tester-on-utest-an-utest-review/

Here are book I recommend for new testers:
*The Art of Software Testing (Glenford Myers)
*Testing Computer Software (Cem Kaner, Hung Q Nguyen, and Jack Falk)
*How to break software (James A. Whittaker)

Hope it helps and welcome to software testing world!
