I am a third year student and plan to be an automation tester. I want to know what basic knowledge I should learn before I study the specialty. For example, on web and app, I need to learn what to do so that when I learn to test I can use it.

Glad that you’d like to become an automation test engineer. There are various things you need to learn to get there. However, the most important thing you need to focus right now in my opinion is to sharpen your programming skills. Pick up a language that you’re good at and focus on that (such as Java, Python). The reason is because automation testing is all about automating (writing code) and less to no testing.
If you’d like go further, you can spend time to experiment with automation tools, automation framework. I recommend you start with Selenium because it’s quite popular and it has a lot of support document or community.
Start with those first and see if automation testing is something interest you.
