    Hi Suraj,

Since you already had diploma in software testing, you should know some basics of software testing. What you should do next is to earn experience and find your first job.

I recommend you join uTest community. It's a great community for testers to learn and earn experience. You can also apply for projects to find bugs in the system and get paid for that. You can also access to courses, forums to improve your testing knowledge. I wrote a guide about uTest, you can see it here ( http://www.asktester.com/freelance-tester-on-utest-an-utest-review/ )

Besides of uTest, you should also consider to build your online profile with LinkedIn network. You may know about LinkedIn, but if not, LinkedIn is the #1 network of professionals. Once you join the network, you can update your knowledge, your skills and join groups to learn. If you expand your network and keep yourself active there, you have better chance to be contacted by recruiters.

Traditionally, you can also craft outstanding CV and apply for jobs where you find fit. Don't over think this, just make sure your CV is clean and give readers reasons to hire you.

Give those ideas a try and see if it can help.

    Goodluck to you.
