Today I found that:

bug hunters as extremely effective, highly-motivated software testers;

disclosed bug report as super effective bug report which should be follow by all testers;

platform like HackerOne is extremely dynamic community for software testers to participate in.

What is your comment on those bug bounty program and their role in software testing?

Do you think introducing bug bounty program to new testers would be inspiring way to introduce them to software testing career?

Should disclosed bug report be treated as tester’s best practice?

    @Hiep,
    Long time no see.

    You bring up a very good point. I'll try to add my comment too.

    Re: Should winning a bug bounty program be every tester’s goal?
    While I do see the value of joining bug bounty programme, making it "every testers' goal" is not practical to me. The reason is that testers are very different in their goals and no goals are alike. Instead, I think it should be considered as nice-to-have activity.

    To be honest, I've never joined a bug bounty program, but I do like the idea. I believe it's very helpful for those testers who are new on their journey or get some experience in finding bugs in system. Joining such program will add credit to tester's profile and that's a good thing.

    The downside of such program is motivation. As far as I know, some of the bug bounty programs have little to no award, so testers may not be interested in joining that.

    Anyway, I think bug bounty program is a good idea for the tester to learn and practice the skills.

    +1 for bug bounty program
